Should we do a mass invite?
Should we do a few at a time to screen and require a review to be admitted?
Should we start soon?

All questions we should think about.

i think we should email the guys who were collecting posts (archiving) and let them in and help re popolate the database before allowing the general group members in.

I recall KH69 was collecting stuff. Also PB-Skin/HLHP

sounds like a good idea to repopulate the forum first.

Note:  I was trying to add posts by cutting and pasting but it only let me put in about 3 posts at a time.  When I tried to add more than 3 posts it allowed it but when I looked at the post I only saw the first 3 posts (4 or more if the posts are short).  I took some of the shorter threads in the strip clubs and added those posts, but only 3 at a time.  not sure about adding in the longer threads, maybe only take the last few?  btw I saved those posts with screen prints and put them in a word document so maybe the overhead with all the graphics like boxes limits the size of the postings.

say, what is "allow signature"?

and I also noticed, by the online icon on the left side it also lists the IP address of the poster.   Not sure if that's a good or bad thing but guess we could also list email and ip addy, that way if someone leaves or requests admission to the next generation site we can confirm the signon by comparing it with the ip addresses.  not really accurate as ip address can change for a number of reasons but guess it could be used as another security layer in the future.  JMHO.

Who will send out the invites? I suggest not using the invite option from the forum but rather using reg email.

ID'ing people by IP is not going to be accurate -- change computers = change IP.  Sometimes I'm logged in from work, sometimes from home, etc.

Another thing about IP's..if you use AOL....I believe your IP will change everytime you use it.  Not positive but it's what I've heard.
