Sorry, I didn't see this until now. 

I visited Kona a few years ago, Club Korea at the time had a number of bg from Honolulu, mostly older types (over 30 and 40's).  Some play was available but again was expensive (fast drinkers).  

Unfortunately I visited the place in May but it was closed.  No sign or anything visible anymore. 

I think there is a kb on Hulikoa Dr. , the same street that has Kona Mountain Coffee in front of it.   It is called Koreana now so might be the same mama from the bar that was near Kailua town.  No idea if it is still open though or the talent there now.
